Making Monday : The Unfinished Edition

This past week hasn’t been the greatest so it has been a week of the unfinished. I’ve spent quite a lot of the weekend asleep so didn’t finish the vanilla socks as I haven’t had as much time to snatch a little knit.

I’ve also been making some sterling silver hearts as I’ve been doing a show in Whitstable.

A little late for Valentine’s Day but I think they are a nice shape. They just need chains added!

Hopefully this week will be better. I came up with a plan to make French toast with stale hot cross buns. Sprinkled with cinnamon sugar (homemade, of course), it is a rather delicious discovery :)

Last week was so bad that I didn’t even get to drop off the flowers I had made for the community project I’d been working on. At least Sirius got to enjoy them!

I think your french toast idea is totally inspired and I’m not surprised it was good. WTG! And those hearts are wonderful and for more than just Valentine’s Day. *hugs*

Sirius has such green eyes, I expect he thought they were for Valentine’s day. You have weeks like that sometimes, I hope next week is full of finishes!!

This is very late, so hopefully you’re feeling better by now. The hearts look great!
