Floral Friday – Crochet


I went to my lovely friend’s Make, Do, Give Workshop again today and we were doing knitting and crochet. I enjoyed it again immensely and concentrated mainly on crocheting flowers.


Not the best photo but where I was at the halfway stage.


I branched out (do you see what I did there :) ?) into variegated flowers.


I also got a quick chance to sew up the rose I’d made from the printed fabric we did last week.


I love looking at Sirius asleep in his new bed with the blanket I made him when he was a tiny kitten.

    I really need to give crochet a fair shake. Since I’m not practiced at it I feel like it is so sloooow. Which in comparison to my knitting, right now it is :-)

    It is always hard to remember grown up animals were once puppies or kittens!! The flower course is so diverse and must be a lot of fun!!!
