Floral Friday


My friend Sophie is organising some community workshops to explore craft at our local library and museum. I popped along on Friday to support her in her venture and see what she was doing.


Sophie showed us a few of the things she had made as examples to help us get started.


I really liked these leaves she’d made and the poppy in the first picture. She explained to us how to do those so I may have to have a go.


I made a start on some foxgloves with my friend Fiona.


Here is one of the petals I made.


I quite liked playing with the sequins :)


I made four petals during the workshop :) I loved it!


The ongoing cat-bed saga continues. Sirius did manage to stand his ground again last night and keep his place – just.
