    I, too, have never heard of jook. But it sounds wonderful! And the secret bookcases (or bookcases with secrets?) — what fun!

    I LOVE JOOK. Fabulous stuff. We’ve always made it with turkey leftovers, so it’s a traditional post-Thanksgiving and post-Christmas meal at my house.
